Summary

In the Settings view (Account → Settings), the “Show All Notifications” item appears 7 times in the list. The 2nd and 3rd instances are hard-set to OFF and cannot be changed. Additionally, when you toggle any switch and leave the view, the toggle resets to its default position when you return to the settings view.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Login
  2. Go to Account → Settings
  3. Observe “Show All Notifications” appears 7 times in the list
  4. Observe the 2nd and 3rd instances are set to OFF and cannot be toggled
  5. Toggle any switch to ON
  6. Navigate away from the Settings view
  7. Return to Settings
  8. Observe the toggle has reset to its default position

Expected Behaviour

The “Show All Notifications” item should appear only once. Toggle switches should persist their state and remain set to the user’s selected value when navigating away and returning to the view.
